THODORE ANDERSON HAS CONTRACT FOR A NEW I.O.O.F. FRONT

 

            Theodore Anderson has a crew of carpenters at work to make extensive improvements on the I.O.O.F. building on Main street, now occupied by Arcade Billiard and Pool Hall.  From an examination of the blue prints one would judge that this building when completed, will far eclipse that now occupied by the Waupaca Candy Kitchen, and will have the most imposing building front in Waupaca.
