FATHER SHORT LEAVES

The parishioners and many friends in Waupaca of the Rev. Fr. J.C. Short, priest of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, were sorry to learn on Sunday that he had been called to Glenmore, Wis.  He left on Thursday to assume his duties.

Father Short has been in Waupaca for two years and four months, and during his stay here has made many friends.

He is to be succeeded by the Rev. Fr. August Dusold of Cooperstown, who has also had charge of the mission at Denmark.  Fr. Dusold will arrive in Waupaca Friday.
