NO. 1 AUTO LICENSE

            No use asking for No. 1 automobile license tag any more.  Even if you asked two years in advance, you wouldn’t get it.  From now on the governor of Wisconsin will always get No. 1 for the official state car.  Gov. Blaine already has been presented with his 1923 cardinal and white number plate.
