SILENT COPS REMOVED

            The silent cops on the corners in Waupaca were removed last week, but will be replaced again in the spring.  These guide posts are taken down each year as the winter season approaches, on account of the danger of cars sliding and colliding with them, while the pavements are coated with ice and are slippery
