Asa D. Barnes has secured the right, title and entire control in the Cain inter-locking switch and signal stand which is supposed to be an improvement over any signal system yet on the market. Mr. Barnes intends entering into the manufacturing of these switches and without a doubt this will be a new enterprise for Waupaca and one that the advancement association may be interested in fathering. Mr. Barnes is proceeding to secure a site in the transportation building at the St. Louis fair where he will exhibit this devise.
