March 11, 1926
The Cristy Store Has Been Remodeled and Greatly Improved.
The Cristy store has undergone a radical change of arrangement within the past month.
The cabinets for ready-to-wear have been removed to the rear of the first floor under the balcony. At the front in the place formerly occupied by the suit cabinets, now will be found shelf goods in gent’s furnishings.
The rugs that have heretofore been kept in the basement, have been given a place at the top of the stairs in the north portion of the balcony.
The ladies’ furnishings are given a place adjacent to the millinery department.
The table and shelf room in the basemetn has been increased so as to permit of a much larger stock of notions which are one of the features of this department store.
