John Barr Glen has moved back to town. As the city would not give Mr. Hetzinger license, the trade between him and Glen fell through and each moved back to his old quarters. It may be that we do not know all the circumstances of the case, but from what we have learned it seems to us the city did not treat Hetzinger exactly fair. At any rate, Glen is running a billiard room with lunch accompaniment.
