Novel Bait of Catching Fish

Dutch fishermen make astonishing catches by means of the following simple plan:  They put a number of live worms and insects in a bottle partially filled with water and then cork it securely.  The bottle is dropped alongside.  It appears that the sight of the wriggling contents of the bottle so excites the appetite of the finny tribes that they fall easy victims to the baited hooks.
