Company Right to Construct New Line on
At the regular meeting of the city council held on Tuesday evening, permission was granted the Waupaca Electric Service and Railway Company to construct and maintain along River Street, between Franklin and Bailey Streets, a line or lines of poles and wires, cross arms, conduits, or other electrical conductors, for the furnishing to patrons of heat, light, power and signals. The electric company will start the construction of this new service line as soon as possible.
