AN AERIE OF EAGLES IS ORGANIZED HERE

The Order Will Have a Charter Membership of Sixty

T.M. Bowler state organizer of the Eagles was in the city the past week for the purpose of interesting our citizens in establishing a lodge in Waupaca. He was very successful and secured sixty applications for a Charter membership, which is ten more than is allowed. A special dispensation has been asked to enter sixty names on the charter membership list. A charter has been sent for and a lodge of eagles will be organized in this city soon after Christmas.

The Eagles is a western organization and is but ten years old. It has throughout the United States 2000 lodges with a membership of more than 750,000.

The Eagles, a fraternal benevolent organization that does not bar saloon keepers or bar tenders, have a list of membership secured to start arie in this city. T.M. Bowler of Sheboygan has been in the city assisting in the work of organization fifty or sixty Charger members have been secured.
