            Can any body tell why the grove over by Muskrat Pont was selected as the place in which to let loose the bird of freedom this year?  Wright’s grove and surroundings are infinitely more picturesque, and comfortable for that matter.

 

 

 

            Will Vosburg has bartered all his savings of nickels and dimes, intended for Fourth of July noise only, for a coon – a little, faded, half-grown coon at that, but he has already had more fun with it than a barrel of cats would have afforded.
