MRS. ANDERSON DIES SATURDAY

 

            Mrs. Christine Anderson, North St., died Saturday, 5:30 p.m., at the age of 68 years.

            Christine Wilson was born in this county Aug. 4, 1860, and married Andrew Anderson, March 10, 1876,, to which union 14 children were born, 10 of whom are now living.

            They include Mrs. Chris J. Oyen, town of Waupaca; Mrs. Oscar Gunsten, town of Farmington; Mrs. Thomas Orr, Jr., of this city; Mrs. Theodore Thompson, town of Farmington; Mrs. Clair Olson, town of Waupaca; Miss Mary Anderson of this city; Oliver Anderson, Amherst; Andrew Anderson, town of Farmington; George Anderson of this city, and Loyal Anderson, also of this city.

            There survive, also, three brothers, Oscar, George and William, and two sisters, Mrs. John Erickson, town of Farmington, and Mrs. O.G. Anderson of this city.

            Mrs. Anderson was a faithful worker in the church and church charities, a kind neighbor, sympathetic and helpful in all neighborly activities.  Her place will be sorely missed, and never can be filled.

            Funeral services were held Tuesday, 1:30 p.m., from the home and at 2 p.m. from Salem Lutheran church, Rev. Olson of Unity, Wis., officiated.  Interment was in the Farmington Swedish cemetery.
