Mrs. Frances Binz passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Hoffmann, Sr., on Friday evening last, at the advanced age of eighty-nine years. Mrs. Binz was a native of Germany, and had been a resident of this city about five years. She had been failing gradually for some time, and her death was not unexpected. She is survived by six daughters, all of whom, except Mrs. Hoffman, reside in Chicago.

The remains were taken to Chicago for interment on Sunday afternoon, accompanied by Mrs. Hoffmann, and C.R. Hoffmann.
