Mrs. J.
Norman Bronson died at her home in Stillwater, Minn.,
on Friday last, after an illness of about two months. She was born in this city in 1858, and was
the daughter of the late Charles, and Mrs. Laura Chesley. She was married to Mr. Bronson, who is a
brother of G.A. Bronson of this city, about twenty-five years ago, and has lied
in Stillwater ever since. She is survived
by her husband and two children, a son and daughter, besides her mother, three
brothers and one sister.
The
funeral was held at Stillwater on
Sunday afternoon, Mrs. Laura Chesley and Charles W. Chesley of this city
attending.
Mrs.
Bronson was a very lovely woman, and her death will be deeply regretted by many
friends, particularly by those who grew up with her and knew her as a young
lady.

A FORMER WAUPACA LADY
DIES
Mrs. J.
Norman Bronson, formerly Elizabeth N.. Chesley of this
city, daughter of the late Charles and Laura Chesley of this city, died at her
home in Stillwater, Minn.,
Friday, Oct. 18, 1907.
The
deceased was born in this city about 1858, and married Mr. Bronson about 26
years ago, and has resided in Stillwater
nearly all that time, Mr. Bronson having a prosperous machine shop business
there. The husband, one daughter, Miss
Laura, and one son, Norman,
survive, besides her mother and family, the brothers being Charles and Rodney
of this city and Frank Chesley and Louise, Mrs. W.H. Baldwin, in Kenosha,
Wis.
Mrs. Chesley, Charles and Frank and Mrs. Noble, Mr. Bronson’s sister of
Menasha, and his daughter Laura who had been with her aunt for several weeks,
went immediately on receiving he sad news and were at the funeral, which
occurred Sunday at 2 o’clock, rev. F.L. Palmer of the Ascension Episcopal
church officiating, of which church the deceased had long been a member. Mrs. Bronson will be remembered by many
friends in this city who all feel grieved to hear of
her demise, and they will tender their heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved
family.
