Kimball True Chandler died at his home on Thursday from the results of an attack of apoplexy, at the age of seventy-one years.
Mr. Chandler was one of the pioneers of Waupaca, having come here in the early 50’s. He was born in Lebanon, N.H., in 1832, and in 1854 he was married to Juline B. Johnson. Four children were the result of this union, two dying in infancy. In 1885 he was married to Miss Lottie Snow of Fond du Lac, who with his two daughters, Mrs. J.A. Hudson of Waupun and Mrs. George Chamberlain of Phillips, still survives him. Mr. Chandler was a member of the GAR and was prominent in Masonic and Eastern Star orders.
The funeral was held from the house on Saturday afternoon at 2:30, Rev. George W. White officiating. The masons conducted the services at the cemetery. The bereaved family have the sympathy of a large circle of friends.
