Miss Elizabeth A. Kreeger died at St. Joseph’s hospital in Milwaukee on Friday July 26 from the effects of an operation for appendicitis.

She was born in Buena Vista Sept. 12, 1884 and at the age of 10 years moved with her parents to Farmington where she resided up to one year and a half ago when she entered St. Joseph’s hospital in Milwaukee for the purpose of studying nursing.

She was a young lady dearly beloved by all who knew her for her genial, happy disposition and for rare qualities of both mind and heart. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. August Kreeger, two brothers, Albert and Lewis and one sister, Rose,

The remains were brought to his city on Friday night and taken to the family home in Farmington. The funeral was held from St. Mary’s church on Wednesday morning at 10 o’clock, Father Mortell officiating, with interment in Lake View Cemetery.
