            Louie M. Larson died at his home near Parfreyville, Feb. 16th, aged 31 years.  He was born August 14, 1877, in Norway.  He came to Chicago with his parents in 1888 and he came to Waupaca in 1893.  He came  home sick from the logging camp near Mattoon about two months ago.  The burial was held at the home of Andrew Larsen’s Tuesday, Feb. 18 at two p.m. Rev. E.D. Allen officiating.  The relatives wish to express their thanks to all who kindly rendered assistance in their time of bereavement.

            Louie, oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. C.C. Larson, passed away at his home Sunday, 12 m., at the age of twenty-four years, ten months, twenty days, he has been in poor health for several years and was never able to do any hard work, but was always of a good natured disposition and well liked by his many friends and neighbors.  He leaves a father and mother and six brothers, all of whom were at h is bedside at the time of his departure, and hosts of relatives to mourn his loss.  The remains were laid to rest at the Scandinavia Lutheran cemetery, Rev. Nelson officiating.
