John R. McCarrick, who has been a resident of this city for the past seventeen years, died at his home near the Dunbar bridge, on Berlin Street, on Thursday last, July 4, at the advanced age of nearly 90 years. He is survived by his widow, formerly Mrs. Horton, and two children, a daughter who lives in New York, and a son in San Francisco. The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon, interment being at Lakeside cemetery.

Mr. John R. McKarrick late of York State died at his home near the Dunbar bridge July 4^th aged nearly 90 years. He married Mrs. Horton who lived on the Berlin Road a number of years ago. He leaves besides his companion, one son in San Francisco and a daughter in New York. He was a quiet unassuming man but a kind husband and father. …
