J.H. Pitcher died at his home in Ogdensburg on Wednesday morning from heart failure induced by alcoholism. Two neighbors were with him all the time, Wm. Ballard and Timothy Everett. He was living alone as his wife died about three years ago. He is survived by two daughters. He was born in Pennsylvania on June 25, 1941 and was at the time of his death 66 years of age.
