It is said that George Herbert Lord, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace H. Lord, who is attending the Racine College Grammar School, not only stands at the head of his class, but has developed into a crack pitcher for the college baseball team, having beaten the Marquette College team from Milwaukee and other leading schools in Wisconsin and Illinois.
