PRIVATE OFFICE FOR POSTMASTER PENNEY

Rooms On Second Floor of Building Artistically Decorated.

Postmaster A.M. Penney has just completed his private office on the second floor of his post office building, and it will be ready for occupancy by the last of the week. The rooms are artistically decorated in a dull green shaded from ceiling to floor and paneled. The partitions are of oak paneling and the rooms furnished. Postmaster Penney is giving to Waupaca a post office such as can be found in no other city twice its size in the state.
