THE REPUBLICAN January 15, 1897 Bank Elections WAUPACA COUNTY NATIONAL The Waupaca County National bank stockholders held their annual meeting Monday and re-elected the following officers: President – Chas. Churchill Vice-President – L. D. Moses Cashier – M. F. Skinner Assistant and Bookkeeper – Will McArthur Directors – Chas. Churchill, L. H. Pelton, Ole O. Hole, L. D. Moses, and M. F. Skinner. NATIONAL BANK OF WAUPACA The annual meeting of stockholders was held Tuesday, the old officers and directory being re-elected: President – R. N. Roberts Vice-President – George Dirimple Cashier – W. B. Baker Directors – R. N. Roberts, George Dirimple, W. B. Baker, J. W. Evans, J. H. Woodnorth The assistants and bookkeepers are: J. Hilditch, H. H. Evans The business of both National banks continues good, for the reason that the officers are careful, conservative and good business men. They are institutions in which the people of Waupaca and vicinity can point with pride – for their security, safety and business convenience. |
