WAUPACA COUNTY REPUBLICAN January 16, 1903 BANK ELECTIONS Waupaca County National. This solid financial institution at its annual meeting of stockholders January 13th elected directors and officers as follows: DIRECTORS. Charles Churchill, L. H. Pelton, Ole O. Hole, N. L. White, M. F. Skinner. OFFICERS. President - Chas. Churchill Vice-President – L. H. Pelton Cashier – M. F. Skinner I. M Dakin is teller and bookkeeper and George H. Skinner is assistant. ************ The National Bank of Wuapaca. The death of Major R. N. Roberts former president necessitated a change of president and a nephew, H. E. Miles president and superintendent of the Racine Wagon Works who is reputed to be worth nearly a million dollars, and besides a man of excellent ability and a heavy stockholder in the bank was chosen a director and its president. The directors and officers elected at a meeting of the stockholders Wednesday evening of this week were as follows: DIRECTORS. H. E. Miles, Edward E. Browne, Chas. A Spencer, William Dressen, Alfred Johnson, Fred W. Rosche, Geo. W. Ghoca. OFFICERS. President – H. E. Miles Vice-President – Edward Browne Cashier – Wm. Dressen Mr. R. C. Miller is assistant cashier and bookkeeper and Matt Ovrom is assistant bookkeeper. The National is one of the solid institutions of the city and county. Mrs. Roberts will remain one of its principal stockholders. |
