Dirimple House Sold

Wm. Rutherford has purchased the George Dirimple residence on the corner of Badger and Division streets. The consideration named in the deed is $5,500. Mr. Dirimple takes the home of Mr. Rutherford in part payment. Mr. Rutherford has purchased one of the fines and most handsome homes in the city and expects to make many improvements upon his new purchase. It has not been decided when the removal of the parties will take place.
