WAUPACA POST
August 22, 1889
George Madison left Saturday afternoon for Neenah, where he [and] Mr. Dan have opened a merchant tailoring establishment. The two gentlemen have by their fair and courteous treatment of customers made friends of everybody in the vicinity, who wish the success in their new venture. They have the elements of success in them and will get to the front down there, sure.
Arthur Lord requests the POST to call the attention of his Waupaca friends and acquaintances to the fact that his jewelry store is in the Plankinton House block in Milwaukee, and to invite those who attend the encampment next week to call around and see him. Arthur is always glad to see all Waupaca people.
