Will attend to locating, pre-empting, and to giving descriptions of Land – and will act as Agent for Lands; attend to the payment of Taxes; to the preservation of timber on unoccupied lands. Particular attention will be paid to the interests of non-residents, in keeping trespassers from seizing the timber.
