            Dr. James Austin, of Duluth, last week purchased W.W. Gilmore’s beautiful residence property and next summer will move to Waupaca.  The doctor is one of the heaviest owners of real estate in the city of Duluth, and his business interests are all there, but during his visit to Waupaca last fall, he fell in love with the place and decided to make it his home.  While here he made many friends who will welcome him to Waupaca.
