The foundation for the new cement walk from the City Hall to N. P. Peterson blacksmith shop building southward on Main Street is being prepared for the cement gang.  It is said the old walks will be discarded and the new and lasting substitute, cement, while take place of the old walk to Holly’s corner soon; and the new walk laid from the Stetson corner to the Session building, and the proposed walk on the north side of the Stetson property and the south side of the Waupaca County National Bank on Union Street before snow flies:  or at least before winter sets in.
