Annual Meeting of Waupaca County Farmers’ Fire Insurance Company

 

            At the annual meeting of the Waupaca County Fire Insurance Company, held at the city hall on the 5^th inst., the following directors were elected for the ensuing year:  W.A. Weed of Lind, Asa D. Barnes of Waupaca City, John Frihart of the town of Waupaca, M.S. Rice of St. Lawrence, Lewis Larson of St. Lawrence, H. Lindo of Little Wolf, Cal Bucknam of Farmington, W.H. Barrington of Dayton and P.A. Ham of Crystal Lake.

            At a special session in the evening the board of directors elected P.A. Ham as president, and A.D. Barnes as secretary and treasurer.

            Mr. Barnes has deputized Paul Sanborn to do the business in his absence, and his office and books of the company will be open at the old Mead Bank building in this city at all business hours.  Mr. Barnes or Mr. Sanborn will be pleased to consult any and all member, or any persons who desire to become members of this society at any time.
