HOUSES ARE IN SHARP DEMAND

People From Other States Attracted to Waupaca

It now develops that the Louisville Real Estate and Development Company of Louisville, Kentucky, for whom a purchase of a tract of twenty-one acres of the Ware estate in the second ward was made, does not intend to build an automobile factory or a depot.  Mr. James Turnbull, representing the company, is in the city and has begun the work of cleaning up the premises preparatory to having the land platted.  When this is done the lots will be sold at auction in a single day.  The location of this land near the beautiful Mirror Lake and the splendid water and excellent drainage makes that portion of the city one of the most attractive residence sections of Wisconsin.

Other Property Moving

Theodore Nelson has purchased the Walter Nelson residence on School Street now occupied by E. A. Hannon.  Now the genial vice president of the Waupaca Commercial Club is watching his own watch to see how long he has to find another residence for the winter. He doubtless now sees that he should have built himself a residence last spring and thus relieved the great press for residences in a thriving, prosperous city like Waupaca.

Chas. E. McLean has moved into the city and now lives at 331 State Street.

Bert Lugannani, representing the Cincinnati, Ohio, produce firm of Leonard, Crosset and Riley, has leased a residence on 333 South State street and will buy potatoes in this city during the coming season.
