THE REPUBLICAN POST May 14, 1914 NEW LIBRARY TO OPEN SOON. Rural Residents Especially
Invited – They May Draw Books. The new Carnegie Library is approaching completion. As soon as it is finished and equipped for work there will be an interesting opening to which the public will be invited and ample opportunity given for seeing the entire building. The
Library Board has decided at that time to offer the privileges of the library
to all residents of the country adjacent to the city of Waupaca. At present such privileges are extended to
country pupils attending our public school, but not to the general public. Watch
for the announcement of the opening and be ready to see the new building. |
