FOUNTAIN FUND FOR PARK

 

            The Woman’s Club at its annual business meeting voted $25 to start a fund for the purpose of start a fund for the purpose of purchasing a fountain for South Park.  This amount was turned over to the park commission at its regular meeting this week.

            The women of the city undoubtedly will unite and perfect plans relative to methods of completing this fund, and hope that in less than two years a fountain similar to one at the Veterans’ Home may be placed in the park.
