Alligator From Lakes Shipped to Chicago

 

            Edw. F. Smith has had eight alligators at the Chain o’ Lakes all summer, he having brought them from Florida early in the spring.  Last week Mr. Smith shipped them to Lincoln Park, Chicago.  The largest was three feet in length, and was five years old.
