Curly Queues

The curlers are getting uneasy these days waiting for Jim Knudsen to get the ice in shape so they can go through their stunts. However Jim says he will have the ice in tip-top shape by Christmas and after a few practice games this week the regular schedule will open Monday, the 28^th. There are ten teams curling this season and the building up on the hill will be a busy place from now on. Following is the personnel of the rinks:

The Outlaws – Nelson, skip; Hansen, Williams, Barry

The Pugilists – Holst, skip; Stratton, Mortenson, Lewis

The All-Stars – Knudsen, skip; Rasmussen, Chas. Hansen, Watson

The Silent Four – Fallgatter, skip; Haebig, Peterson, Luther

The Champs – Jardine, skip; S.S. Chandler, Taylor, Brown

The Professionals – Johnson, skip; Fisher, Christofferson, Fox

The Featherweights – Smith, sip; Toepke, Hart, Chandler

The Undertakers – Holly, skip; Larson, Buedding, Crosset

The Shamrocks – Campbell, skip; Chas. McLean, Swigart, Doerfler

Lights will be installed by the rink which will serve both to furnish light for the curlers, and also for the young folks who may wish to coast on the adjoining hill.
