THE WAUPACA POST January 31, 1889 The improvements being made by the Dane Home Society on their building are of quite an extensive character. The entrance to the hall has been changed, and instead of going up the stairs outside, one now enters at what has been changed into a door. Off the office one enters a cozy dining hall, from which the Society has about one hundred books and magazines. Altogether the Society is in a prosperous condition and is a credit to the Danish portion of our population. |
