            It would be well for all newspaper readers to bear in mind that the law in regard to newspapers provides that no person can discontinue his paper until the indebtedness is paid.  If you wish to discontinue your subscription to a newspaper you must go to the office and pay up or send the money by mail.  This is the only and the right way to stop a newspaper.
