            Capt. C. S. DeVoin has traded his hotel property with Dr. C. E. Beeson of Fond du Lac for a farm near that city.  The farm is worth $15,000 and Mr. DeVoin gets $11,000 for his hotel.  Mr. DeVoin will not vacate until March 1^st and he has many friends here who still hope he may dispose of his farm in Fond du Lac and remain in business in Waupaca.  Charley DeVoin is a No. 1 citizen as well as soldier.
