The Grand View Leased

 

 

     Negotiations are pending between the stockholders of the Silver Lake Cottage Company, which owns the Grand View Hotel at the Chain o’ Lakes, and the Waupaca Electric Light & Railway Company, whereby it is practically decided that the latter company will lease the Grand View for the coming season with an option of purchasing it at the end of the year.  It is the intention of Messrs. Lord and Baker, if the deal goes through, which now seems most probable, to secure the services of a first-class summer resort man for the coming season, and to thoroughly advertise the place, all of which will be good news to Waupaca people.
