            The Criterion reports eleven flouring mills in Waupaca county.  The flouring mills manufacture about 7,000 barrels of flour per annum, which is sold outside of the county, besides making all the flour for home consumption.  The saw mills cut out about 10,000,000 feet of lumber this season, which is probably a small estimate. The above figures show that Waupaca is not only a lumbering county, but an agricultural and manufacturing one as well.
