BALDWIN, BAILEY & CO.

 

will undoubtedly be the name of the new combination that after the first day of April will run the Waupaca Star Mills.  The purchase was made by Mr. R. Bailey, as stated last week and the company is formulated by Mr. Baldwin putting in his mill site, himself and boys, Walter and Wallace, with their experience and money.  Ample capital is forthcoming to make this one of the finest mill properties in the state and the old style Star Mills will be transformed into a complete roller mill as fast as first-class workmen can do the job after April first.
