OSHKOSH NORTHWESTERN

November 5, 1868

Waupaca

The town of Waupaca gave Sawyer (Rep.) 301 majority. Two years ago he had 213 majority, being a gain of 88.  The whole vote this year is 100 larger than two years ago.  So long as we have 99 out of every 100 votes gained in our midst we shall thrive.

The town of Scandinavia gives 156 for Sawyer to 8 for Vilas.  Sawyer’s majority, 148.

The majority in the county will not be les than we published yesterday, 1100.

Waushara

The county gives Sawyer not less than 1100 majority; it will probably be nearer 1200.

Oconto

Oconto, Nov. 4th.  -  The majority for Sawyer is 270.  Majority for Parlan Semple (Rep) for Member of Assembly, is 220.
