THE FOURTH AT WEYAUWEGA – The 92d Anniversary of American Independence, was celebrated at Weyauwega in the old style.  At sunrise a salute was fired, and in the forenoon the celebration proper took place.  Hon. W.G. Gumaer was President of the day, Rev. Thomas Peep delivered the oration, and George Hurlbutt, esq., read the Declaration. A very fine dinner was served at he Northwestern Hotel, by A. Van Patten, and a ball in the afternoon and evening at the same place, gave a good opportunity for the devotees of Terpsichore to enjoy themselves.  Several balloon ascensions took place under charge of the celebrated B.F. Miner, G.S. of the I.O. of 1,001.  Racing and a match game of baseball in the afternoon and a very good display of fireworks in the evening concluded the celebration.
