A CHANGE – The Waupaca Ledger is not the Waupaca Ledger any longer, because the office of publication has been removed from Waupaca, to the village of Rural, "an embryo town just budding into existence." The proprietor found the expense of publishing a newspaper in Waupaca too great, and the patronage too small, so he has changed the location of the office to Rural, and called his paper the Ledger and Repository.
