Oshkosh Republican – This is the name of the new paper about to be started in this city. It is to be a seven column sheet, and will be published by Mr. B.F. Davis, formerly connected with the Oshkosh Democrat. It will be edited by a well known Republican politician, who has both the ability and experience to make a paper that will be acceptable to the party in Winnebago County.
