            A new paper printed on a typewriter, edited and published by Master Howard Ellis, the twelve year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis, commandant and matron of the Wis. Veteran’s Home, called the Wisconsin Veterans’ Home Monthly, has reached our table.  Young Ellis in his authorship and arrangement of articles, ads, etc., shows he has talents that only await cultivation to bring forth an identity worthy of the honorable profession of newspaper makers.
