Stephen Cooley

Vs. Louisa Cooley   -    Divorce

 

On reading and filing the affidavit of Alvah Hand, that a subpoena had been issued in this case, on which the Sheriff of Winnebago county has returned that the said Louisa Cooley could not be found in said county, and it appealing further from said affidavit that the said Louisa Cooley is not a resident of the State of Wisconsin; it is therefore, on motion of Hand & Wolcott, solicitors for complainant, ordered that the said Louisa Cooley appear and plead, answer or demur to the complainant’s bill on or before the 8^th day of October next.
