            Sheriff Andrew Williams has moved to the jail, ex-sheriff Ed Williams moving into the house formerly occupied by Andrew.  The latter has made the following appointments:  A. Safford, deputy and jailor at Waupaca; C.M. Fisher, deputy at Clintonville; Ed Williams, special deputy to act in absence of sheriff and jailor.
