WAUPACA REPUBLICAN September 13, 1889 Miss Clara Barker, formerly of Weyauwega, then a teacher in Oshkosh, but latterly graduating at the Spencer business college in shorthand and typewriting, then having desk room at the Plankinton House, and teaching the art. Chas. Davis, a millionaire paper manufacturer of Neenah met her, fell in love with her, and ---- the result, a wedding last week. |
