Mrs. M. E. Chady has rented her building to Frank Stout for a restaurant for a term of years dating from Aug. 1^st.  Mrs. Chady expects to close out her stock, on account of the age and care her mother must have.  Mrs. Chady has been a popular milliner here for many years.
