SOMNAMBULISM

A Night Walk that is Likely to Prove Fatal

David Clayton, an old gentleman aged 77 years, who lives near Wild Rose, got out of bed at 1 o’clock Sunday morning and, clad only in his night robe, walked to W.E. Jones’ house, nearly a mile in distance.  When he reached there it was found that his hands and feet were badly frozen.

A message yesterday morning from M.C. Wilson of Springwater stated that he had learned that physicians had decided that amputation of the old gentleman’s feet and some of his fingers would be necessary.
